ISPN国际护士证报考全攻略

报考条件：

①国内全日制护理专业毕业证

②有效期的执业证

* 应届生可凭借护考合格成绩单参加毕业当年考试

考试时间：3月，11月

考试形式：考试采取机考形式，使用英语作答。 

考试题型与时长：共 165 道题，题型均为客观选择题---单选、多选；考试时间为180分钟，平均每道题 大概

花费一分钟左右。 

考试分数：ISPN总分800分，通过线为410分左右。

考试地点：

报名开始时公布考点，目前主要考试地点有郑州、北京、上海、潍坊、广州、成都等，

考生可根据给出考点就近选择。

考试范围：

在ISPN 考试中，考查测试者对患者需要的理解，以下为患者需要（Client Needs）的主要内容：

Safe, effective care environment 安全、有效的护理环境（占比26%-38%）

---Management of care 护理管理（占比17%-23%）

---Safety and infection control 安全和感染控制(占比9%-15%）

Health promotion and maintenance 健康促进及维持（占比6%-12%）

---Growth and development 生长和发育

---Prevention and early detection of disease 疾病早期诊断和预防

Psychosocial integrity 社会心理完整（占比6%-12%）

---Coping and adaption 应对和适应

---Psychosocial adaption 社会心理适应

Physiological integrity 生理完整（占比38%-62%）

---Reduction of risk potential 减少潜在风险（占比12%-18%）
